Joe Vaughn is the best A/C furnace man ever! On the very cold day last winter, my furnace just quit! That day happened to be New Years Eve and a Sunday! No matter when I called Joe, he came! On a Sunday, of course, there was no place to get the needed new parts so he ran this wire here; that wire there, and got the heat on again so I wouldn't have to move my neighbors. When the necessary parts were purchased, he came back to finish the job. During annual checks, Joe not only inspects the inside and outside units, he even climbs to the attic to be sure all wires are as they should be. He always does a thorough job for a reasonable price. Oh, and by the way, Joe lives in Columbia; I live in Boonville, and he comes anyway!
